Laura joined Ropes & Gray’s New York office in 2023 in the litigation & enforcement group. Laura graduated from Brooklyn Law School cum laude and as a recipient of the Philip Hoffer Commencement Award.
During law school, Laura interned for the Honorable Barbara Moses of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She was a member of Brooklyn Law’s Moot Court Honor Society Appellate Division as a coach and competitor. Laura was an active student leader, serving as co-president of the Latin American Law Student Association and later as the organization’s alumni relations chair. She participated in the school’s Employment Clinic and used her Spanish fluency to serve as a translator for other clinics at Brooklyn Law School. Before attending law school, Laura was a paralegal at a New York law firm that focused on employment litigation.
