Michelle Kain first joined Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group in 2021. Michelle rejoined the firm in 2025 following a clerkship with Magistrate Judge Paul G. Levenson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
During law school, Michelle was executive comments editor of the Boston College Law Review and a teaching assistant for Law Practice I and II, Boston College’s legal writing courses. Additionally, as a student attorney in the Ninth Circuit Appellate Program, Michelle argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
