Riccardo Masaro regularly represents private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, disposals and other investment transactions. Riccardo also works with global and domestic clients on general corporate matters, corporate governance and strategic commercial agreements. He advises clients in a range of industries, including health care, industrials, technology, real estate and financial services.
