Ryan B. Marcus joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2019 as an associate in the health care group. He regularly provides transactional, compliance and regulatory advice to a wide range of health care clients including hospitals, health systems, clinically integrated networks, pharmaceutical companies and alternative health care providers.
Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was an associate in the health industry advisory practice group at a prominent Chicago law firm. While in law school, Ryan was editor-in-chief for the Annals of Health Law and a student fellow at the Loyola University Chicago Institute for Consumer and Antitrust Studies. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and completed an externship in the general counsel’s office of a Chicago-area hospital.
