Chris Nienhaus represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including advising on pre-suit litigation risks, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing witnesses, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for hearings and trials. Chris has successfully represented clients from a variety of industries, including the financial, technology, healthcare, and communications industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan G. Braden of the United States Court of Federal Claims and as an intern to the Honorable William M. Conley of the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. During law school, Chris competed in the Burton D. Wechsler Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. and served as a senior managing editor on the Wisconsin Law Review.
