Vaishali joined Ropes and Gray’s corporate practice in 2025.
Prior to joining the firm, Vaishali worked at a leading Indian law firm where she advised large corporates and global sponsors on a wide range of transactions, including cross border mergers & acquisitions as well as financial and strategic investments.
During law school, Vaishali interned with a judge of the Supreme Court of India and the National Human Rights Commission of India. She holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law.
