Alvise Ometto regularly represents private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, disposals and other investment transactions. Alvise also works with global and domestic clients on general corporate matters, corporate governance and strategic commercial agreements. He advises clients in a range of industries, including health care, food, industrials, technology and financial services.

- Represented Jamco Corporation, a Bain Capital portfolio company and Japan’s leading manufacturer of cabin interior equipment for the commercial aviation industry, and Bain Capital in the acquisition of Iacobucci HF Aerospace S.p.A. (IHFA), a provider of aircraft interior equipment
- Represented Bain Capital in the acquisition of FIS, a leading developer and manufacturer of small molecule active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates*
- Represented Platinum Equity in the acquisition of Fratelli Polli, a leading producer of pasta condiments and vegetable preserves*
- Represented Apollo Global Management in the acquisition and development of a data center business in Italy*
