Anthony primarily represents institutional investors in connection with their private investment portfolios, across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, private credit, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure. He also advises clients on direct investments, co‑investments, and LP‑led and GP‑led secondary transactions. His clients include ERISA‑governed plans, state and local pension plans, fund of funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.
He also assists fund sponsor clients in fund formation and fundraising efforts.
