Alexandra is an associate in the asset management group based in London. She advises private fund managers on fund formation and co-investments across a range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital, and credit funds spanning multiple jurisdictions. Alexandra counsels clients through every stage of fundraising and organization, from preparing offering materials to negotiating with investors on fund formation matters and drafting partnership, limited liability company, and other governance agreements.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2024, Alexandra was an associate in the fund formation group of an international law firm in California.

- Incus Capital on the structuring and fundraising of its fifth European credit fund,, which has a target of €800 million
- GCM Grosvenor on its anchor investment in the newly launched Zenzic Real Estate Credit Opportunities Fund, managed by Zenzic Capital, a specialist real estate credit and special situations investment firm
- Partners Group on the formation of multiple co-investment vehicles
- A global investment manager on the formation of its third growth-equity fund, including a parallel Cayman and Luxembourg fund structure
- A first-time fund sponsor in the formation of its inaugural $300 million fund focusing on investing in HardTech*
- A large US-based venture capital firm on multiple fund formations and transactions, including the formation of their life sciences-focused investment fund, totaling $1.2 billion*
- A Silicon Valley-based fund manager on the formation of two new funds totaling $2 billion, with a focus on enterprise software, consumer, healthcare, FinTech and HardTech*
