Conner J. Purcell joined Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group in 2022 and currently works on civil litigation and enforcement matters. He has developed a generalist litigation practice, representing public and private companies, and healthcare systems in cases concerning complex commercial litigation, antitrust, business, tort, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and enforcement matters.

At the Touro Law Center, Conner served as a research editor for the Touro Law Review, where his note, “This is Your Captain Speaking, Please Remain Physically Restrained while the Robbery is in Progress,” was published in June 2022. He was also the recipient of multiple academic awards and participated in the Law Center’s pro bono Bankruptcy Clinic. Conner was selected for the Board of Governors Summer Associate Program his 2L summer and worked at a large Long Island law firm.

  • Advising portfolio company in connection with internal investigation concerning restructuring.
  • Part of team representing manufacturer of E.V. charging stations in pursuing breach of contract and tortious interference claims.
  • Advising multiple international companies in due diligence concerning anti-corruption and international risk.
