Dave Poole is an associate in the firm’s litigation & enforcement practice group. During law school, Dave worked as a policy staffer in the Massachusetts Senate and as a Teaching Fellow on Harvard Law School’s Board of Student Advisors. He was also a research assistant to Professor Lawrence Lessig.
Prior to law school, Dave served in the Army for nine years, achieving the rank of Captain. He served in a variety of command and staff positions, primarily supporting intelligence operations in the European theater.
