He regularly counsels clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and preferred equity transactions. Mitesh also integrates real estate strategy into sophisticated corporate transactions, ensuring that real estate considerations are fully aligned with clients' broader business objectives in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex deals across diverse industries.
Mitesh has substantial experience representing both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, guiding clients through the negotiation and documentation of office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and life sciences leases. His work in the healthcare and life sciences sectors includes advising on specialized leasing arrangements that address the unique regulatory and operational requirements of these industries.
In addition to representing institutional and private clients in complex real estate transactions, Mitesh maintains an active pro bono practice. He regularly advises nonprofit organizations—including The Children's Aid Society, Sakhi for South Asian Survivors, and The Trustees of the Sailors' Snug Harbor in the City of New York—on a variety of real estate matters, supporting their missions through strategic legal counsel on property acquisitions, leasing, and compliance issues.
Before joining the firm, Mitesh practiced at a global law firm, where he handled a wide spectrum of real estate and transactional matters.

- Advised an investment bank loan originator in connection with an approximately $197 million securitized mortgage loan to finance the construction of an office, warehouse, and R&D campus, net leased upon completion to a large-cap company.*
