Patricia is an associate in the corporate department. Patricia’s practice focuses on transactional matters, primarily representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactions. She also advises clients on general corporate governance, equity arrangements, and other operational matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Patricia was an associate at at another leading global law firm in Chicago, where she focused on private and public M&A transactions. She has experience guiding clients through complex deal processes as well as supporting ongoing corporate needs.
