Theron joined Ropes and Gray’s corporate department in 2025. At Brooklyn Law School, she served as a staff editor and Inter-Journal Committee Representative for the Brooklyn Law School Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. During law school, Theron interned at Sony Music Entertainment and Tapestry, Inc.
