Cristell Rhodes-Fortune is an associate in the firm’s employment, executive compensation and employee benefits practice. Cristell has particular experience in advising clients on matters ranging from complex transaction strategy to day-to-day counseling.
Cristell regularly represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, beginning with early-stage negotiations and steering through post-closing workforce integration. Cristell also routinely advises clients on a broad range of employment law issues such as wage and hour compliance, executive contracts, independent contractor classification, reductions in force, enforceability of restrictive covenants, and remote work policies.

- Represented Sitel Group in its US$2.2 billion take-private of Sykes Enterprises.*
- Represented Passerelle Partners in its acquisition by Simplicity Group Holdings, Inc.*
- Represented H.I.G. capital in the sale of its portfolio company, Lipari Foods to Littlejohn & Co.*
- Represented Option Care Health, Inc. in its $3.6 billion definitive merger agreement to combine with Amedisys, Inc.*
- Represented Destillers United Group S.L., a Spanish company, together with certain of its affiliates including in the United States, Panama, Venezuela and Portugal, in the sale of Diplomático Rum to Brown-Forman Corporation.*
