Dominique is an associate in the litigation & enforcement group. She works on government investigations and litigation that relate to a variety of topics, focusing on the environment and securities matters. During law school, she interned for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, and a District of Columbia Superior Court judge. She is a vegan.
Experience
- Represented a large multinational investment firm during an investigation by the SEC into its environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) investing program;
- Represented a large solar company during an investigation by the SEC into its accounting practices;
- Created a guide to solar credits in the Inflation Reduction Act for a state-based solar non-profit organization;
- Represented a large solar company in a contract dispute over nighttime energy;
- Represented a large construction firm during an investigation by the EPA over its lead practices
