Dominique is an associate in the litigation & enforcement group. She focuses on government investigations and litigation that relate to a variety of topics, primarily focusing on the environment. She interned for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in law school, and worked for a District of Columbia Superior Court judge.

- Represented a large multinational investment firm during an investigation by the SEC into its environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) investing program;
- Represented a large solar company during an investigation by the SEC into its accounting practices;
- Created a guide to solar credits in the IRA for a state-based solar non-profit;
- Represented a large solar company in a contract dispute over nighttime energy;
- Represented a large construction firm during an investigation by the EPA over its lead practices
