Jessica Rubin is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s private equity group. Jessica represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, add-ons, dispositions and corporate restructurings. Jessica also advises clients on general corporate matters, compliance and corporate governance.
