Lindsay Richardson is an associate in Ropes & Gray's corporate department. Lindsay practices primarily in the firm’s private equity group and represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, going-private transactions, leveraged buyouts and equity investments, as well as general corporate matters.
During law school, Lindsay worked in the legal department of PepsiCo as a Larry D. Thompson Fellow and interned for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs on the Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina. Lindsay also competed in the quarterfinals of the ABA Southeastern Regional Client Counseling Competition and served nonprofits in the Sustainable Development Clinic. As a former SEC Student Body President, Lindsay remains active within the Southeastern Conference.

- Represented the National Football League in a strategic partnership with Endeavor to operate On Location Experiences, a partner to more than 150 other rights holders, such as the NCAA, the PGA of America and the United States Tennis Association.
- Represented REV Group Inc., a manufacturer of industry-leading specialty vehicle brands, in the sale of its shuttle bus businesses to Forest River, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company.
- Represented New Mountain Capital in its acquisition of emids, a global leader in health care IT.
- Represented NexPhase Capital, co-advisor to the Moelis Capital Partners Opportunity Funds, and Moelis Capital Partners in the sale of CPS Group Holdings, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of pharmacy solutions to more than 700 hospitals and health system facilities across the United States and Puerto Rico.
