Maddie Rodman joined Ropes and Gray’s corporate department in 2025 and is a member of the firm’s health care group.
Maddie earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Environmental Law Review and worked with the Domestic Violence Action Center. Maddie interned with the Office of the General Counsel at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and with Community Health Advocates, New York State’s designated health care consumer assistance program.
Prior to law school, Maddie worked in health care data analytics and maternal health research.
