Siarra Rae Rogers is an associate in the antitrust practice group. Siarra’s practice involves representing clients in all aspects of antitrust matters, including premerger clearance and antitrust investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and state antitrust authorities.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Siarra worked at another global law firm, where she gained experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act matters and assisted clients with FTC and DOJ inquiries and investigations of mergers and acquisitions.
Siarra has maintained a robust pro bono practice across various areas of substantive law, serving as guardian ad litem in domestic relations cases in D.C. Superior Court, assisting asylum seekers in obtaining permanent legal residence in the United States, and drafting wills and other life-planning documents.
During law school, Siarra represented indigent defendants with the Virginia Criminal Defense Clinic. Siarra also served as the editor-in-chief of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law, co-director and trip leader of the Migrant Farmworker Project, and vice president of the Virginia Employment and Labor Law Association. Previously, Siarra was a summer associate at a Tampa-based appellate law firm, where she gained experience assisting in the preparation of initial and reply briefs, preparing oral arguments, performing legal research, and drafting memoranda.
