Amir Shmueli is a partner in the finance group, focused on securitization finance and ABS. He represents issuers, borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and underwriters in structured asset-backed finance transactions across industries.
Amir brings deep experience in securitizations of complex and esoteric assets, such as whole-business offerings backed by franchise royalties and media rights. His experience spans a wide range of finance transactions, including syndicated loans, warehouse facilities, leveraged finance transactions and real estate construction loans. Known for his strategic approach and ability to navigate complex financial structures, Amir provides clients with innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Amir was a partner at another international law firm.
