Andrew Steele joined Ropes & Gray's litigation department in 2021. Andrew's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, shareholder derivative and securities litigation, and white-collar investigations. He has worked with a range of clients including innovative public and private companies and major financial institutions. Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing Massachusetts and New York community services organizations in employment and real estate matters and representing transgender clients in connection with legal name changes and related issues. During law school, Andrew served as an executive editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a bench editor on the Cornell Moot Court Board.
