Aryana Salehi joined Ropes & Gray’s private capital transactions group in 2021.
During law school, Aryana served as executive editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business and was a student attorney in the NYU Business Transactions Clinic. Prior to law school, Aryana worked at an immigration law firm.

- Represented AEA Investors and its portfolio company Process Sensing Technologies in its acquisition of Fluid Components International, a designer and manufacturer of thermal mass flow meters and switches.
- Represented AEA Investors and its portfolio company Process Sensing Technologies in its acquisition of SensoScientific, an environmental monitoring solutions provider.
- Represented American Industrial Partners in its acquisition of Veoneer Restraint Control Systems, an automotive technology company and world leader in automotive electronic safety systems.
- Represented EQT Private Capital Asia in its $1.1 billion acquisition of PropertyGuru Group Limited from its public shareholders in a take-private transaction.
- Represented Kohlberg & Co. and its portfolio company U.S. Retirement and Benefit Partners in its acquisition of MidAmerica Administrative and Retirement Solutions, a retirement plan administrator.
- Represented New Mountain Capital in its acquisition of Amerit Fleet Solutions, a commercial fleet maintenance and repair services provider.
- Represented New Mountain Capital in its acquisition of Office Ally, a healthcare technology company providing a suite of cloud-based clearinghouse and software solutions to healthcare providers, partners, and health plans.
- Represented New Mountain Capital and its portfolio company HealthComp in its merger with Virgin Pulse, a digital health, wellbeing and navigation company.
- Represented Partners Group and its portfolio company Wedgewood Pharmacy in its acquisition of Blue Rabbit, an emerging leader in veterinary prescription management and pharmacy solutions.
