Cameron Storah is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance group in London.

Cameron has experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border acquisition and general corporate financings, including other structured, asset-based or leveraged financings. He also has experience advising lenders, including private credit funds, on new credits, special situations investing and work-outs.

Cameron’s experience also includes a secondment to the finance group of Ropes & Gray Tokyo.

  • Bain Capital Private Equity on its acquisition financing arrangements of JAMCO Corporation, T-GAIA Corporation and Outsourcing Inc.
