Cameron Storah is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance group in London.

Cameron has experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border acquisition and general corporate financings, including other structured, asset-based or leveraged financings. Cameron also has experience advising lenders, including private credit funds, on new credits, special situations investing and work-outs.

Furthermore, Cameron’s experience also includes a secondment to the finance group of Ropes & Gray Tokyo.

  • Bain Capital Private Equity on its acquisition financing arrangements of JAMCO Corporation, T-GAIA Corporation and Outsourcing Inc.
  • Intermediate Capital Group on its holdco PIK financing arrangements relating to Visma
  • GHO Capital Partners on its tap financings to support acquisitions by its portfolio company Eliquent Life Sciences (formerly Validant)
  • Audax Group in connection with the financing for its acquisition of the clinical services business of Avantor

Cameron’s representative experiences includes advising:

  • MACOM Technology Solutions Inc., a designer and manufacturer of semiconductor products for telecommunications, industrial and defence and data centre applications, on its strategic investment in IQE plc (an AIM listed supplier of advanced wafer products and material solutions to the semiconductor industry) in the form of equity and convertible loan notes.
  • Advised a hedge fund in connection with various receivables discounting facilities to provide liquidity facilities*
