Cameron Storah is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance group in London.

Cameron has experience advising both borrowers, including sponsor-backed companies, and lenders, including private credit funds, on general corporate facilities, acquisition finance facilities, real estate finance facilities and other structured, asset-based or leveraged financing facilities. Cameron’s recent focus prior to joining Ropes & Gray was in connection with advising private credit lenders on new credits, special situations investing and working out their non-performing loans.

  • GI Partners and its portfolio company Sectigo with the financing aspects of Sectigo’s purchase of Entrust’s public certificate business
