Chase advises mortgage REITs, private funds and institutional investors on commercial real estate finance transactions, including repurchase facilities and note-on-note financings. Chase’s experience also includes representing borrowers on secured commercial real estate financings and lenders on secured and unsecured financings and leveraged financings.
