Jacob is an associate in the asset management group based in London. He has experience advising fund managers and institutional investors across a range of asset classes and in a number of jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in January 2026, Jacob was an associate in the private funds group of another international law firm.
Experience
- Advised a large US sponsor on the formation of a c.€1bn European fund of one vehicle focussing on private credit.
- Advised Partners Group on various primary investments, secondaries, co-investments and intra-group restructurings.
