Jordan Schildkraut is an associate in the litigation and enforcement group and focuses his practice on antitrust and competition matters. Jordan advises clients on civil litigation matters, government reviews of mergers and acquisitions, and investigations conducted by the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice.

Jordan also maintains a robust pro bono practice, litigating civil rights matters in federal court.

During law school, he participated in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and served as a teaching assistant for the Foundation Moot Court. Jordan also interned for the Honorable Chief Judge Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Jordan taught English at a public school in Madrid, Spain.
