- Represented Lee Equity Partners in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of Arcadian Risk Capital, a specialty managing general agent.
- Advised Zenas BioPharma in connection with securing royalty debt financing for worldwide sales of its lead autoimmune candidate.
- Advised American Industrial Partners, in connection with the financing of a machinery and equipment term and asset-based revolver facilities of its portfolio company, Commonwealth Rolled Products in connection with its strategic partnership with MetalX.
- Represented H.I.G. Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of International Aerospace Coatings, a leading provider of aircraft painting solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), major airlines and operators, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul providers. IAC also provides engineering and advanced asset management solutions through its Eirtech Aviation Services (EAS) division.
- Advised Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in connection with obtaining debt financing for its investment in Grant Street Group, a software company specializing in transaction and payment processing for government and financial institutions.
