Lauren joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 as an associate in the asset management group.
Her practice focuses on private investment funds and their advisers. Lauren assists U.S. and global private fund sponsors and management companies in connection with fundraising, structuring, governance, compliance, and internal operations. In addition, Lauren advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in various types of private investment funds, secondary transactions and coinvestments.
