Mark is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance group. Mark focuses his practice on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and public companies in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, syndicated and direct credit facilities, and second lien credit facilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark practiced in the Boston office of an international law firm, where he advised both borrowers and financial institutions in a variety of complex financing transactions and arrangements.
Experience
- Represented a public cannabis company and its subsidiaries in connection with its $140 million refinancing of its existing credit facility and subsequent $79 million upsize amendment.*
- Advised various consumer retail companies in securing term and revolving credit facilities ranging from $25 million to $150 million.*
