- Represented H.I.G. Capital and Thoma Bravo in connection with the financing for the acquisition of CompTIA, an IT certifications company.
- Advised TPG Capital in connection with the debt financing for its acquisition of G&A Partners, a leading human resources and technology services platform.
- Represents IQVIA Inc. in connection with the refinancing of the Company’s credit facility and multiple offerings of secured and unsecured notes.
