Shontae Salmon joined Ropes & Gray’s health care practice in 2024. Shontae graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2024.
While at UVA Law, she served as membership and inclusion editor on the Virginia Law Review and as research and projects editor on the Virginia Journal of International Law. During her law school career, Shontae also obtained an MPH with a concentration in health law, policy, and ethics.
Prior to law school, Shontae worked as a paralegal at another global law firm in New York. Shontae graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s in global public health and social work in 2018.
Shontae is a proud recipient of the Ropes & Gray Roscoe Trimmier Jr. Diversity Scholarship class of 2023.
