Tayler is an associate in the finance group with a focus on leveraged finance transactions and fund level financings. She advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, ABL facilities, second lien credit facilities and preferred equity issuances. She also regularly advises fund clients on a variety of fund level financings, including subscription facilities, NAV facilities and leverage facilities for credit funds.
While in law school, Tayler was an Honors Legal Intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission in their Division of Enforcement. She served as the vice president of finance for the GW Law Student Body Association, as well as senior articles editor of the Business and Finance Law Review. She was also a Thurgood Marshall Scholar.
Experience
- Represented Galway Holdings, a Harvest Partners portfolio company, in connection with obtaining $3.4 billion of secured credit facilities to refinance its existing debt and to finance the acquisition of MAI Capital Management.
- Represented Aimbridge Hospitality and its affiliates in connection with an agreement to implement a comprehensive deleveraging of its approximately $1.3 billion in funded debt, involving an equitization of approximately $1.1 billion in senior and junior debt obligations and the infusion of $100 million in new capital. Aimbridge is the leading third-party hotel management company, managing over 1,000 hotels globally and employing approximately 44,000 individuals.
- Represented Golden Gate Capital in connection with the financing for its acquisition of Virginia Green, the leading provider of lawn care in Virginia.
- Represented Charlesbank Capital Partners in connection with the debt financing for its growth investment in Aprio.
- Represented TSG Consumer Partners in connection with the financing for its acquisition of EOS Fitness.
