Tiantian Shi joined Ropes & Gray’s Silicon Valley office in 2024 as a member of the corporate department. Tiantian attended Boston College Law School, where she served as the supplements editor on the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Digest. Prior to law school, Tiantian received her Master of Arts from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
Experience
- Represented American Industrial Partners and its portfolio company, EnTrans, in the sale of EnTrans to TerraVest Industries Inc. EnTrans was sold for approximately $546 million plus the right to receive contingent post-closing earnout consideration of up to $46 million based on the future financial performance of EnTrans.
