Trisha Shah is an associate in the finance group in Ropes & Gray’s London office.
Prior to joining the firm, Trisha trained at an U.S.-headquartered law firm in London, where she gained experience in corporate, private equity, leveraged finance, restructuring, structured finance and real estate finance.
Experience
Trisha’s representative experience includes advising:
- Permira and CD&R, as part of a consortium, on their investment in Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity and cloud solutions provider*
- ADVANZ PHARMA, a Nordic Capital portfolio company, on the refinancing of its €725 million incremental term loan B facility*
