Andrea Tomo is an associate in the asset management group based in London. Andrea advises private investment fund sponsors across a range of asset classes on the structuring, negotiation and operation of private investment funds, as well as related carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Andrea is also experienced in the secondaries space, representing investment fund managers in GP-led secondary transactions and other liquidity solutions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2026, Andrea was an associate in the London investment funds practice of another U.S. law firm.
