Aryel Tucker is an associate in the firm’s alternative asset opportunities practice group. He regularly represents asset managers and institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and secondary buyers, in a diverse array of transactional matters, such as secondaries, co-investments, primary investments, and GP-led fund recapitalizations. Aryel additionally provides counsel on matters of fund formation and ongoing operation.

Maintaining an active pro bono practice, Aryel focuses on supporting veterans and addressing complex issues in international law.

Aryel earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was distinguished as a James Kent Scholar and received the Parker Certificate of Achievement in International and Comparative Law. During his time at Columbia, Aryel served as a staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Tax Law and gained valuable experience working in the legal division of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission.
