Blake is an associate in the firm’s corporate department. He focuses his practice on representing public companies in connection with capital markets transactions, compliance with securities laws and stock exchange rules and regulations, including SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Blake worked as a corporate associate at another leading law firm in New York.

- Represented Liberty Broadband Corporation in connection with the spin-off of certain of its businesses, assets and liabilities into an independent, publicly traded company, GCI Liberty, Inc.*
- Represented Liberty Media Corporation in connection with the split-off of its Liberty Live Group tracking stock, and certain other businesses, assets and liabilities, into an independent, publicly traded company, Liberty Live Holdings, Inc.*
- Represented the underwriters in connection with PulteGroup, Inc.’s issuance of $800 million of senior notes.*
- Represented Horizon Mutual Holdings, Inc. in connection with its issuance of $600 million of senior notes.*
- Represented American Honda Finance Corporation in connection with its issuances of medium-term notes.*
- Represented the initial purchasers in connection with Nissan Motor Acceptance Company LLC’s issuance of $1.5 billion of medium-term notes.*
- Represented the initial purchaser in connection with SolarEdge Technologies, Inc.’s issuance of $300 million of convertible senior notes.*
- Represented Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. in connection with its $430 million merger with Tripadvisor, Inc.*
