Christina Troisi joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2023. While in law school, Christina worked as a legal intern at DraftKings and served as a note development editor for the Boston University Law Review. Prior to law school, Christina worked as a legal assistant at another global law firm.
Experience
- Represented Sanofi in acquisition of Dren Bio’s bispecific antibody-based program in immunology deal worth up to $1.9 billion.
- Represented Cardinal Health in its acquisition of Integrated Oncology Network, an independent community oncology network, for $1.115 billion in cash.
- Represented Eli Lilly and Company in its $1 billion option to acquire Radionetics Oncology, a biotechnology company discovering and developing novel small molecule G protein coupled receptor (GPCR) targeted radiopharmaceuticals to treat a broad range of solid tumors.
- Represented Regeneron in acquisition of 2seventy Bio, Inc.’s platforms to form new R&D unit Regeneron Cell Medicines.
