Inna is a corporate associate in Ropes & Gray’s finance department. Inna focuses her practice on advising private and public corporate clients, sponsors and private equity funds in connection with various types of financings. Prior to joining the firm, Inna was an associate at another international law firm assisting with debt financing transactions.
