Leslie Theophile joined Ropes & Gray in 2022 as knowledge management counsel in the asset management group, focusing on private funds and their advisers. He plays a lead role in developing and implementing the practice group’s knowledge management strategy, delivering data-driven market insights, and driving technology innovations and enhancements to meet the group’s strategic goals. Drawing on significant experience with sponsor-side fundraising, operations, and regulatory compliance, as well as institutional investor representation, he partners with fund formation and regulatory teams to develop and share institutional know-how, including precedent libraries, model documents, and presentations tracking market updates and trends.
