Lila Tabor joined the tax, executive compensation, and employee benefits group at Ropes & Gray in 2024.

Before joining the firm, Lila graduated from Cornell Law School, where she served as a notes editor for the Cornell Law Review. While at Cornell, Lila completed an externship at Legal Assistance of Western New York (LawNY) where she assisted with the development of a medical-legal partnership in Central New York. Lila also participated in the Cornell Labor Law Clinic where she supported local and national workers with labor-related disputes. 

Additionally, Lila served as president of both the First-Generation Students Association and Cornell Corporate Connect, as well as academic chair of the Black Law Students Association.
