Sydney Tresvant joined Ropes & Gray’s tax, employment, and benefits department in 2025. During law school, Sydney served as a student attorney in the Compassionate Release and Parole Clinic, representing incarcerated individuals seeking early release and rehabilitation. Sydney also worked as a teaching assistant for “Critical Perspectives in the Law,” interned in-house at a global pharmaceutical company, and served as a class representative throughout her time in law school.
