Bente Van Winckel joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2025 and practices primarily in the asset management group. Bente’s practice spans both sponsor-side and investor-side mandates in venture, growth, buyout and credit funds, across multiple jurisdictions.
During law school, Bente worked as a research assistant to Professor Peter Ziebelman at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and served as an editor of The Pay for Success Handbook by Professor Paul Brest.
