Olivia joined Ropes & Gray in 2021 and is an associate in the corporate department. Olivia’s practice focuses on transactional matters, primarily representing private equity firms in mergers, acquisitions and similar transactions. Olivia also advises clients and their portfolio companies in operational matters, including add-on acquisitions, dispositions, general corporate governance and equity arrangements.

- Represented Cressey & Company in the acquisition of Lifeway Mobility, a provider of home accessibility and safety solutions for persons with limited mobility, from Rockwood Equity Partners, and its subsequent acquisition of Accessible Systems, a provider of medical devices and equipment intended to serve seniors and people with physical disabilities.
- Represented Cressey & Company in the acquisition of HomeCare Pulse.
- Represented CIVC Partners in its majority investment in Strategus, a managed services provider for high-performance connected TV advertising campaigns., and the sale of Magna Legal Services to Odyssey Investment Partners.
