Faye is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s asset management group. Faye’s practice focuses on advising fund sponsors on private investment fund formation and ongoing regulatory compliance matters. Faye also has experience representing institutional investors in their investments in private investment funds and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Faye was an attorney with the private investment funds group of another leading U.S. law firm. Before that, Faye was trained and qualified as a Hong Kong solicitor at another major U.S. law firm, where she was also seconded to the firm’s New York office during her training.
