Jane Wang is an associate in the venture capital & emerging companies practice group at Ropes & Gray.
She advises life sciences companies, emerging and established companies, as well as institutional and strategic investors, on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a primary focus on venture capital, emerging companies, and strategic transactions. She also advises clients on day-to-day corporate governance matters and supports companies throughout the corporate life cycle.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Jane was an associate in the emerging companies and venture capital group of another international law firm in New York.
