Shirley Wang is a senior attorney in the intellectual property transactions group and advises clients on complex licenses and collaboration agreements involving intellectual property, with a particular focus on the life sciences industry.
Prior to joining Ropes and Gray, Shirley was special counsel at a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Cambridge, MA, where she represented a variety of biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, as well as an associate in the intellectual property transactional groups of two other large international law firms in New York. In addition, she has previously been in-house at a biotechnology startup as well as at a large international consulting firm in its life sciences and healthcare practice.
