Victoria Wilson joined the corporate department as an associate in September 2022, practicing primarily in the firm's private equity team. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Victoria worked in the corporate team at a leading New Zealand firm, where she assisted on general mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.
