Jed is an associate in the real estate finance practice based in London.
Jed has experience advising both borrowers and lenders on a range of finance transactions involving CRE back-leverage, asset development, acquisitions, and structured leases.
Jed served as a legal secondee at a major bank and at one of the largest insurers. He trained in the London office of a prominent global law firm.
In addition to his experience in London, Jed has also worked in Singapore and Dubai.

- various REITs and debt funds in connection with funding CRE loans across the UK and Europe under a variety of back-leverage facilities.
- a major international bank in connection with investing into a CLO warehouse facility.*
- a European financial institution on an ECA-backed asset financing.*
- an international financial institution on a sovereign-backed financing of an FPSO.*
- international financial institutions on various structured finance leases.*
